Mare's milk is a product very similar to women's milk in terms of its nutritional content. Due to its unique composition, mare's milk is much better tolerated by the human body than cow's milk. Similarly to breast milk, it is of the albumin type (goat and cow's milk is of the casein type).

Mare's milk contains much less strongly allergenic casein, is easily digestible and easily absorbed by the human body.
