Properties:
The name of this miraculous substance derives from the Greek. When they saw how the hive was built, the Greeks called propolis "the outer area of the fortress (suburbia)", which had the role of protection against intruders and turned the hive into a real fortress. Propolis is a biostimulator, a product resulting from the digestion of bees, which contains vegetable resins, balsam, essential oils, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, to which pollen is added. Propolised honey combines the benefits of honey with the antiviral, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of propolis.

Administration method:
- 3 teaspoons per day, one after each main meal.
