Cozonac recipe:
Ingredients:
200 grams KetoMix Cozonac
2 whole eggs
50g sweetener
2 egg yolks
60g of melted butter
200 ml kefir
flavors to taste (lemon peel, orange, etc.)
7g active dry yeast
Method of preparation:
- Mix the eggs with the kefir, yeast and sweetener, then gradually add ketomix cozonac, until a homogeneous dough is obtained. At the end, add the melted butter and incorporate. The dough obtained in this way is left to rise for an hour, in a covered bowl.
- For the filling, divide the dough into 2 equal balls and roll out sheets approximately 5-8 mm thick. They can be filled with cocoa, walnut, berries or a mixture of cheese with egg and sweetener. Roll and place the buns thus obtained in trays lined with baking paper. Let it rise for about an hour, on the stove, covered with a napkin. Bake for one hour at 180 degrees, on the top level of the oven.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Best before: see date on packaging.
