Description
Food supplement that promotes the physiological elimination of intestinal gases.
Aboca sweet fennel seeds are characterized by their essential oil content (2.5 ml/100 g) with a high concentration of anethole. This is the most representative component and is responsible for the aromatic activity and well-known beneficial properties of this medicinal plant, which promote the physiological elimination of flatulence.

How to use
One filter is enough to prepare one cup of infusion (approximately 100 ml).
Pour the boiling water into a mug containing the filter bag and let it steep for 5-7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
For sweetening, we recommend using honey.
