For adults, the recommended dose is 1-2 capsules per day.

The composition of each capsule (775 mg) includes liposomal vitamin C (LIPOSOVIT®-C) providing 250 mg of ascorbic acid (supported by maltodextrin, glycerol, sunflower lecithin phospholipids), liposomal zinc (LIPOSOVIT®-Zn) 12.5 mg zinc citrate (supported by maltodextrin, glycerol, sunflower lecithin phospholipids), liposomal vitamin D3 (PUREWAY™ D) providing cholecalciferol 1000 IU/25 mcg, anti-caking agents (partially pregelatinized corn starch, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide), and capsule containing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and yellow iron oxide.
