Gymnema leaf (Gymnema sylvestre R. Br.) hydroalcoholic extract tit. 25% gymnemic acids, anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide). Vegetable-based capsule in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Gluten free.

How to use
Take one or two capsules daily with water before meals.
