Description

Preparation and dosage

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of dry oak bark with 0.5 l of boiling water, leave to infuse for 25 minutes and then strain. The infusion is used several times a day in the form of rinses and poultices. 1 tablespoon of dry oak bark is boiled for 10 minutes in 1 liter of water, left to infuse for another 15 minutes at room temperature and then strained. The decoction is used several times a day for bathing and washing. Both the infusion and the decoction are always prepared fresh, immediately before use.

Storage

Dry at a temperature of up to 25°C.
