Mucosolvan® Junior 15 mg/5 ml, syrup, Sanofi

Mucosolvan® Junior relieves cough and facilitates expectoration in acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by disorders in the formation and transport of mucus - intended for children.

INGREDIENTS

5 ml of syrup contain 15 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride.

HOW TO USE

• Children: the following doses are recommended depending on the severity of the condition:
• Children between 6 and 12 years old: 5 ml Mucosolvan® Junior syrup 15 mg/5 ml 2-3 times a day.
• Children between 2 – 6 years old: 2.5 ml Mucosolvan® Junior syrup 15 mg/5 ml 3 times a day.
• Children between 1 – 2 years: 2.5 ml Mucosolvan® Junior syrup 15 mg/5 ml 2 times a day
• Adults and adolescents (children over 12 years of age): the recommended dose is 10 ml of Mucosolvan® Junior 15mg/5 ml syrup 3 times a day.
• For adults, Mucosolvan® 30 mg tablets are available and recommended.
• Mucosolvan® Junior can be taken with or without food.
• If you have kidney or liver problems, ask your doctor for advice.

Presentation form:

Box with a bottle containing 100 ml of syrup and a measuring cup graduated at 1.25, 2.5 and 5 ml.

The bottle is equipped with a child-resistant closure system.
