Application:
Stir 1 sachet into 125 ml of water 1-2 times daily. Wait for the activation time of at least 1 minute. Stir again and then drink.
Note: In cases of fructose intolerance, the activation time should be at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all the fructooligosaccharides. Therefore, no fructose reaches the intestine.
