It has a concentrated formula with high doses of various essential elements for joint recovery and maintenance, including glucosamine and chondroitin.

Glucosamine is a key element for the formation of cartilage; its intake through this product will allow the body to have sufficient reserves of this element to compensate for the daily wear and tear of the joints. Similarly, chondroitin is essential for cartilage, but also for ligaments and tendons throughout the body.

Its formula also includes collagen, one of the main proteins found in muscle mass and joints. In addition, the composition is enriched with various micronutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, which directly or indirectly support joint health.

It is indicated to help adults or the elderly reduce joint wear and tear caused by daily physical activities. It is only recommended for people who already have healthy joints, but whose joints are subject to greater wear and tear than normal.

The recommended dose is one teaspoon, or approximately 11 grams of powder, daily. This amount should be dissolved in 150 ml or half a glass of water or juice. Shake well until completely dissolved and a homogeneous solution is formed and consumed, preferably in a single dose.
