How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops of essential oil daily, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). External use is possible for relaxing massages, properly diluting in an emollient base or adding a few drops to aroma diffusers. Two drops contain an average of 87 mg of oregano essential oil. Close the cap tightly after use.
