When you apply it, you don't feel anything, but after a while your skin turns red and feels warm. It doesn't bother me—in fact, it's a relief for my legs because I suffer from joint pain. Maybe people who are too sensitive won't be able to tolerate it. The pain doesn’t go away completely, but it is less intense at that moment. I recommend wearing gloves when applying it to your skin and avoiding contact with your eyes.
