When our daughter’s (2.5 years old) ENT doctor told us about Imunoglukan syrup, we did a little research on it. Seeing that there was also Imunoglukan cream, we decided to use both for our little girl, who has had atopic dermatitis since she was 5 months old. We had always been recommended creams containing corticosteroids and/or antibiotics, and most recently an immunomodulatory cream (Protopic).
In her case, the Imunoglukan cream was absolutely brilliant on the lesions. There are only a few left that were also superinfected, plus treated for a very long time with corticosteroids and/or antibiotics, but even those are improving day by day.
I find it incredible that it can be used long-term without side effects—such as skin thinning or damage to the skin barrier—as is the case with other creams. I just wish I’d discovered it sooner. :)

Când medicul ORL al copilei (2.5 ani) ne-a spus despre siropul Imunoglukan, am făcut un pic de research despre el. Văzând că există și crema Imunoglukan, am decis să le folosim pe amândouă pentru fetița noastră, care de la vârsta de 5 luni are și dermatită atopică, pentru care ni s-au recomandat mereu creme cu corticosteroizi și/sau antibiotic, iar ultima dată una imunomodulatoare (protopic). În cazul ei, crema Imunoglukan a fost de-a dreptul genială pe leziuni. Au mai rămas doar câteva care au fost și suprainfectate, plus tratate foarte mult timp cu corticosteroizi și/sau antibiotic, dar inclusiv acelea se ameliorează pe zi ce trece. Mi se pare incredibil că poate fi folosită pe termen lung fără efecte adverse - subțiere de piele, distrugere a barierei cutanate etc., cum e cazul la alte creme. Mi-ar fi plăcut doar să o descopăr mai repede. :)
