Protifar is a food for special medical purposes, with a high protein content, recommended for patients who do not assimilate proteins.

It can be used in cases where sodium, potassium and phosphorus are restricted.

Protifar is a protein supplement, unflavoured, in powder form.

It is not suitable as the sole source of nutrition.

Protifar does not contain gluten.

Nutricia Protifar is tasteless and can be added to sweeten and add flavour to food/beverages.

Protein concentrate (from cow's milk), emulsifier (soy lecithin).

How to prepare:

• Wash your hands and use clean utensils
• Clean the top of the can
• Put the required number of scoops into the bowl and add water
• Protifar should be mixed with a sufficient amount of cold water to form a paste before mixing with food or drink
• The can contains one teaspoon
• One scoop contains approximately 2.2 g of Protifar (2.2 g of protein).
