Folates participate in the process of cell division and contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
Folic acid is essential for the proper functioning of cells in the nervous system, circulatory system, and rapidly dividing cells (e.g., fetal tissue, gastrointestinal epithelium). It also contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.

Recommended intake:

1 tablet daily after a meal.

Ingredients:

Bulking agent: cellulose, potato starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
