Composition
The cream contains extracts from: chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), horsetail (Helleborus purpurascens) and witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) in a high quality base.
Administration
The cream is applied by gentle massage from bottom to top, 2-3 times a day.
Action
The biologically active principles from the extracts of chestnut, buckthorn and witch hazel have the action of stimulating capillary circulation, increasing the resistance of the capillary wall, decreasing their permeability, reducing inflammation and pain.

I’ve known about this product for a few years now; I discovered it by chance at a health food store after trying several creams for leg pain and localized stinging (which means a varicose vein is about to burst, right where you feel the stinging).
