Soft capsules: fish oil (33% EPA/22% DHA), shell ingredient: gelatin, glycerin, water; antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

Hard capsules: magnesium citrate, Ashwagandha extract KSM-66® (5% withanolides), pyridoxine, cholecalciferol, shell component: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Magnesium - supports the nervous system, reduction of tiredness/fatigue and energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 - affects the nervous system, immunity, psychological functions, energy metabolism and reduces fatigue.
Vitamin D3 - supports the process of cell division, the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and supports immunity.
Omega-3 acids - affect brain function.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 omega-3 capsule daily.
3 capsules of ashwagandha, magnesium and vitamins daily.
