Ingredients

Shatavari root extract (Asparagus racemosus) standardized to 30% saponins, milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum) 30:1 standardized to 80% silymarin, galega officinalis L. extract 4:1, chasteberry fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus), fennel extract (Foeniculum vulgare Mill) 4:1, capsule shell: gelatin.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 capsule 3 times daily. Consume whole with a meal and water.
