Method of administration:

Administered to adolescents aged 13-19 years: 1 tablet per day with the main meal.

Swallow with water or cold drink.
Don't chew it.
Do not use on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.
The product contains iron which, if administered in large quantities, may be harmful to young children.
