Hawthorn promotes relaxation before sleep and blood pressure.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Cryocrushed powder of the flowering tops of hawthorn* BIO [Crataegus monogyna Jacq. (Lindm), Crataegus laevigata (poir) DC], capsule of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

*obtained from flowering tops titrated to a minimum of 1.2% total flavonoids expressed as hyperosides.

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: 3 Arkocapsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably before meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Conservation
Store away from light, heat and humidity.
