Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate; bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium phosphate; eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. ex Maxim.) Maxim. root extract, rhodiola root extract [Rhodiola rosea (L.) Scop.], hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa L.); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose; vitamin B6; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract; coating: glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, hydroxypropyl cellulose), modified starch, medium chain triglycerides.

How to use
Ages 15 and up. 2 tablets in the morning during periods of stress and 3 per day during periods of more intense stress (2 in the morning and 1 at noon).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not take after 5pm.
