Vaginal and vulvovaginal mycoses, superinfected or not with gram-positive bacteria.

Hypersensitivity to miconazole, imidazole derivatives or any of the excipients.

For local hygiene, it is not recommended to use a soap with an acidic pH (acidic pH
promotes the multiplication of Candida).

Interactions:
Combination with local spermicides is not recommended.

Special warnings:
In case of local intolerance or allergic reactions, treatment should be discontinued.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Animal studies have not shown any teratogenic effects. In the clinic, no teratogenic effects have been observed.

vaginal. In conclusion, topical miconazole can be used in the treatment of
vaginal mycoses in pregnant women.
In the absence of data on the excretion of miconazole in breast milk, it is not recommended
administration of the product during breastfeeding.

Ability to drive or use machines:
Gynozol does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

Dosage and administration:

Gynozol 200:
Administer 1 capsule (200 mg miconazole) deeply intravaginally per day, in the evening at
bed rest, 6 days in a row.

Gynozol 400:
Administer 1 capsule (400 mg miconazole) deeply intravaginally per day, in the evening at
bed rest, 3 days in a row.
During treatment, local toileting with soap with neutral or alkaline pH is necessary;
recommends cotton underwear, avoiding vaginal douches and removing factors
promoters of vaginal mycoses.
Concurrent treatment of partners is recommended.
Treatment is not interrupted during the menstrual cycle.

Gynozol 200
One soft vaginal capsule contains 200 mg of miconazole nitrate and excipients for
soft capsule contents: mineral oil, white soft paraffin and for the soft capsule shell:
gelatin, anhydrisorb, glycerol, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, p-hydroxybenzoate
propyl sodium salt, titanium dioxide (E171), Cochineal Red (E 124).

Gynozol 400
One soft vaginal capsule contains 400 mg of miconazole nitrate and excipients for
soft capsule contents: mineral oil, white soft paraffin and for the soft capsule shell:
