Laxit med is a laxative in powder form for oral solution, which helps normalize intestinal transit through a natural action, without irritating the digestive mucosa.

Advantages:

Ingredients:

• Each sachet contains 5g Macrogol 4000.
• It does not contain flavorings or other excipients.

Indications:
For the symptomatic treatment of occasional and chronic constipation in adults and children over 6 months of age.

Method of administration:

• Adults: 2 sachets 1-3 times daily, depending on individual response.
• To obtain a faster effect, a dose of 4 sachets (20 g macrogol 4000) can be taken as a single dose.
• In case of prolonged use, the dose can be reduced to 2 sachets 1-2 times a day, administered on alternate days (e.g. one day 2 sachets can be administered, preferably in the evening before bedtime, and the next day 2 sachets can be administered between breakfast and lunch and 2 sachets in the evening before bedtime).

Children:
- 6 months-12 months: 1 sachet per day;
- 1-4 years: 1 sachet 1-2 times a day;
- 4-8 years: 2-3 sachets per day;
- over 8 years: 2 sachets 1-2 times a day.
Before starting treatment, organic disorders must be ruled out. In this regard, a medical consultation is recommended for the age group 6-12 months.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.

• The contents of one sachet (5 g) are dissolved in 50-100 ml of water and then administered orally.
• Laxit med does not change the taste of the drink. It is recommended to take it between meals or, in the case of a single dose, in the evening before going to bed.
• Laxit med is used until normal bowel movement is restored, but not for more than 28 consecutive days. Administration can be resumed after a 2-day break.

Recommendations:

• Do not use Laxit med in case of hypersensitivity to macrogol, severe inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), toxic megacolon, perforation or risk of perforation, intestinal occlusion, painful abdominal syndrome of undetermined cause.
• People prone to electrolyte imbalances, such as those with liver or kidney failure, should use Laxit®med with caution.
• Keep out of reach of children.
