Functional bandaging techniques using inelastic adhesive materials are employed in many areas of prevention, therapy, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Leukotape classic has a high adhesive strength and is water-repellent. It is particularly tensile-resistant and inelastic. The edges of Leukotape classic have a serrated edge. With a short, sharp tug, the material can be easily torn both crosswise and lengthwise. This allows for quick application without scissors. Leukotape classic has ergonomically rounded edges on the spool core, which facilitate smooth unwinding. Leukotape classic consists of water-repellent cotton fabric coated with a zinc oxide-rubber adhesive. Contains rosin.
Contains natural rubber latex, which can trigger allergies.
