Description
Loxon 2% is a drug indicated for use in the case of androgenetic alopecia in both women and men. The active substance of the drug is minoxidil, which reverses or inhibits the miniaturization of hair follicles. It strongly stimulates the multiplication of follicular cells in the growth phase and enhances hair growth in androgenetic alopecia.
Loxon 2% in liquid form is applied topically to the scalp affected by androgenetic alopecia. The inhibition of hair loss can already be observed in the second month of use. Hair growth usually starts after 4 months of treatment with Loxon 2%. The maximum effect is reached after about 12 months of regular use.
