Description
Food supplement made with a special type of Magnesium, Sidemag Sucrosomial Marine Magnesium, combined with 4 other sources of highly absorbable Magnesium, enriched with Vitamin B6.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium also supports normal muscle function, while vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
The combination and synergistic effectiveness of 5 different magnesium salts optimizes its intake and can promote the absorption and assimilation of this important mineral, but also compensate for any deficiencies in all parts of the body.

Ingredients
Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium L-Pidolate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Sucrosomial Marine Magnesium (Sidemag), Inulin, Nucleotide Blend (Ribodiet), Vitamin B6.

How to use
Dissolve one teaspoon (2.5 g) in a glass of water (about 150 ml), preferably lukewarm. Drink after the natural effervescence has subsided. Take up to two teaspoons daily.
