Conclusion after almost a month of use: you really do fall asleep quickly. You don't become addicted and there is no habituation effect. The only drawback is that you fall asleep reliably, but not all the way through. I still wake up after 4 to 5 hours of sleep and can't fall asleep again. However, thanks to the product, I actually get more sleep than before.

Fazit nach fast einmonatigem Gebrauch: man schläft tatsächlich rasch ein. Man wird nicht abhängig und auch stellt sich kein Gewöhnungseffekt ein. Einziges Manko: man schläft zwar zuverlässig ein, jedoch nicht durch. Ich wache somit weiterhin nach 4 bis 5 Stunden Schlaf auf und kann dann nicht mehr einschlafen. De facto habe ich jedoch dank dem Produkt mehr Schlaf als davor.

The Wick ZzzQuil soft gums help me to fall asleep very quickly (they are not a sleep aid!). I take a soft gum when I'm already in bed and I'm out in no time. There is no habituation effect, they taste good (wild berry) and help quickly. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend them.
