Tea made from the leaves of the moringa tree has been highly regarded in Ayurveda for centuries and continues to enjoy immense popularity.
Preparation instructions
Place a filter bag in a cup, pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over it and let it steep for 7 minutes before removing the bag.

Store the tea in a cool (between 6-25 °C) and dark place. It should also be kept out of the reach of children.
