Caprylic acid - properties

Caprylic acid is a saturated fatty acid, also known as octanoic acid. It is a nutrient of natural origin. It is found in vegetable fats, such as coconut oil and palm oil, and in animal fats, for example in the reserve fat (tallow) of goats and sheep, and in the milk fat of rabbits, goats and goats. Caprylic acid supports the digestive system.
