Secura is a sterile, non-irritating skin protectant that forms a thin, waterproof protective film on the skin upon application. This film helps protect both intact and damaged skin from irritation caused by liquids and from trauma during the removal of adhesive dressings. Secura provides a long-lasting barrier for up to four days, meaning reliable protection even with extended dressing wear. The alcohol-free formula reduces the likelihood of a burning sensation when applied to damaged skin.
