Citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, natural flavor, acidity regulators: malic acid and citric acid, L-tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and calcium silicate, anhydrous caffeine, maltodextrin, Camellia sinensis extract, nicotinamide, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia, Coffea robusta extract, Panax ginseng extract, Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin, colors: riboflavin and Brilliant Blue FCF. May contain: milk, gluten, soy, fish, and sulfur dioxide.

Niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 - contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 3 scoops (16 g) daily. Dissolve one serving in 300 ml of water. Drink in 3 divided portions of 100 ml each.
