Properties of ingredients

Magnesium supports energy metabolism, reduces fatigue, and supports protein synthesis, as well as bone and tooth health. It also contributes to electrolyte balance, muscle function, and nerve conduction.
Zinc - supports immunity, cognitive functions, cell protection against oxidative stress, bone health, skin, hair and nails.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 scoop daily, in the morning, after breakfast. Pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water over the serving. Mix thoroughly.
