Recommended daily intake

Adults: 60 mg (in flat scoops) daily. Pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water over the measured amount. Consume in the morning with breakfast.

Safety Warnings

Vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid) supplementation causes blood vessels to dilate and may cause a "FLUSH effect" (redness, mild rash, itching, and skin redness). Symptoms subside after a few hours.
