Valdispert Complete Sleep Pack of 2 x 30 Bi-layer Tablets Special Offer is a food supplement in capsule form based on Melatonin and plants.
This supplement contains:
- Melatonin 1.9 mg to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The effect is obtained by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
- Lemon balm extract provides optimal nighttime relaxation and contributes to sleep quality.
- Valerian to maintain natural sleep.
- Hawthorn, which helps reduce restlessness and promotes better sleep.
- California poppy, which promotes quality sleep.
- Passionflower promotes good sleep.
The first layer of these tablets releases 1.9 mg of melatonin in 15 minutes to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The second layer releases a blend of plants for 8 hours to help you not wake up in the middle of the night.
No known dependence or habituation at recommended doses.
