Recommended daily intake
Adults: for the first 5 days, take 4 capsules 2 times a day, then take 2 capsules 2 times a day.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin, aspirin) or have bleeding disorders. Do not use if you have hypertension, diabetes, or hormonal disorders. Discontinue use if you experience stomach irritation.
This product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of small children. There is a tamper-evident seal under the product cap. Do not use if damaged or broken.
