Organic (45%) dried and crushed hemp leaves (Cannabis sativa L.), (15%) freeze-dried raspberry (Rubus idaeus), (15%) dried blueberry (Myrtylli fructus), (15%) freeze-dried cherry (Prunus Cerasus) and (10%) hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa).

Recommended daily intake
Adults: 5 g daily. Pour 2 teaspoons of dried herb (2 g) into a cup and pour 200 ml of hot water over it. Cover and steep for 7-10 minutes.
