I purchased Melatonin 5 mg, 100 tablets, Remedia. It’s very effective. I’ve successfully replaced Diazepam with it. There’s no comparison in terms of side effects (in Melatonin’s favor, obviously), and it really helps with sleep. I highly recommend it!
