1 effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg of vitamin C.
Vitamin C contributes to:
- to maintain the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion,
- to the normal formation of collagen and the proper functioning of blood vessels,
- for the correct formation of collagen and the proper functioning of bones,
- to the correct metabolism important for energy production,
- for the proper functioning of the nervous system,
- to the proper functioning of the psyche,
- to the good functioning of the nervous system.
Mode of use
The preparation containing vitamin C is recommended for adults in a dose of 1 effervescent tablet once a day for adults and 1/2 tablet once a day for adolescents (15-18 years old). Dissolve the tablet in a glass with about 2 dcl of water or fruit juice and drink the drink
Notice:
The preparation is not suitable for children under 15 years of age. Not to be out of reach. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation should not be used by patients with an increased level of iron in the blood, patients with a tendency to form kidney stones (especially oxalate stones). While using the preparation, do not use other preparations containing vitamins at the same time. With excessive use, it can have an overwhelming effect.
