Appropriately selected forms and portions: vitamin A in the form of retinol - 800 μg, vitamin D - cholecalciferol in a portion of 50 μg ( 2000 IU) , natural form of vitamin K - menaquinone-7 (MK-7) in a portion of 180 μg and 15 mg of vitamin E. Vitamin E is contained in the form of a balanced complex of tocopherols and tocotrienols with a high content of α- (26% ) and γ-tocotrienol (32%) and 24% α-tocopherol.

Daily portion: 1 microcapsule during the meal, drink an appropriate amount of water.
