Primrose oil 1000 mg Aliness is a food supplement containing cold-pressed primrose seed oil, which is a natural source of omega-6 acids: gamma-linolenic acid (9%) and linoleic acid (85%). The preparation will work well as a supplement to the daily diet of adults.

Evening primrose oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, which include omega-6 acids: linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Linoleic acid (LA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when 10 g of LA is consumed per day.
Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
The recommended daily dose of the preparation is 1-2 capsules. The package contains 90 soft capsules that will allow you to enrich your diet with valuable omega-6 oils and vitamin E for up to 3 months.
