Description
Psyllium fiber has a unique ability to swell and bulk up, so even a small amount really fills the stomach and induces a feeling of satiety. As the psyllium absorbs excess fluids, a gel mass is created that acts like a piston. Then, in the form of stool, it removes harmful byproducts that are created in the intestines and stomach during food processing. Psyllium is non-addictive, very gentle and does not irritate the walls of the intestines or stomach. It is also recommended to all those who, due to the sensitivity of the digestive tract, cannot take fiber from dried fruits, whole grains or bran. Psyllium is also suitable for a gluten-free diet because it does not contain gluten.
Dosage:
Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of fiber in warm water, tea, juice, or other liquid and let it steep for 5 minutes. Then it is consumed in the morning or evening before meals.
