L-Glutamine is an amino acid that is found in the largest amount in the human body. It accounts for 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of all circulating amino acids.

BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) represent approximately 33% of total muscle proteins. Amino acids are protein building blocks that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Recommended dose

The basic daily dose is 2 tablespoons (12 g). Take 1 scoop (6g) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 scoop (6g) after training. Prepare the drink by mixing 1 tablespoon with 250-300 ml of water or juice.
