Description

Excellent soluble extruded oat flour, specially designed for the quick preparation of porridge or oat drink. This great tasting product is an ideal source of natural oat fiber.

Preparation:

Massage: Mix 1 tablespoon of OatMash (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix everything well with a spoon. Wait 2 minutes. You can flavor the porridge with honey and decorate it with fruits or nuts. You can change the density of the porridge according to your needs
Oat drink: mix 1 tablespoon (50 g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a hand blender or shaker. You can also mix oatMash® with your shake. protein favorite

Tip: OatMash® can be consumed at any time of the day, prepared hot or cold. You can also add it to your recipes such as pancakes, cakes, puddings. The unflavored version is great for easily thickening soups or sauces without the need for cooking.
