Arkorelax 8 HOURS OF GOOD SLEEP works according to the principles of chronobiology, providing melatonin and plant extracts with immediate and prolonged release thanks to an innovative two-layer tablet:

1. The immediate release layer contains 1 mg of melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Passion fruit and valerian help you relax.

2. The second layer gradually releasing 0.9 mg of melatonin, vitamins B6 and California poppy helps to reduce the number of night awakenings and return to a good and restful sleep.

Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose - extract from the above-ground parts of the California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) - extract from the underground parts of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) - extract from the above-ground parts of the passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) - anti-caking agents: stearic acid , talc, magnesium stearate and reticulated cellulose gum - maltodextrin - spirulina coloring concentrate - rice starch - melatonin - vitamin B6.

Coating: Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, ethylcellulose and carnauba wax.

Does not contain titanium dioxide. Does not contain lactose and gluten.
