How to use;

• To get the most out of all the properties of Probiotics and Prebiotics, we recommend taking 2 capsules per day
• Preferably, 1 capsule 30 minutes before eating, at 2 different times of the day
• For children over 6 years old, we recommend only 1 capsule per day, 30 minutes before a meal
• Swallow the capsules whole, do not open them
• You should not exceed the recommended daily dose.
