Ingredients Cymbopogon Citratus Oil (LEMONGRASS), Styrax Tonkenensis Resin Oil Extract (BENZION), Melalueca Alternifolia Oil (TEA TREE), Thymus Vulagaris Oil (THYME). Essential oils are highly concentrated active ingredients of plants. They should always be diluted in a base before use and should not be taken internally without professional recommendation.How to use:Baths: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil(s) to a warm bath. If your skin is sensitive, mix the essential oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil first. Close the door so that the steam does not escape. Soak for at least 10 minutes relaxing and breathing deeply. For added hydration, dilute oils in 10ml of carrier oil before adding to bath.Massage: Add 5 - 6 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil. Mix well and apply liberally to the skin. Inhalations: Add 4 - 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapors for a few minutes. Burners and Diffusers: Fill the burner/vaporizer bowl with water and then add 3-6 drops of essential oil. Light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats up. Do not let the pot dry.Compression: recommended when the area is too painful to massage. Dip a towel or cloth in 4-5 drops of essential oil and 200ml of hot or hold water and wring it out. Cover the affected area with this compress. Then put plastic wrap over it and a towel or blanket on top. Leave the compress on for 2-4 hours. Presentation: 10 ml
