Eucalyptus essential oil, 10 ml, Zanna

Originally from Australia, eucalyptus is now planted all over the world and is used for its medicinal properties. The leaves are dried, crushed and distilled to extract the essential oil.

Properties:
- used as an adjuvant in relieving cough;
- disinfects wounds;
- good adjuvant in the respiratory system;
- soothes cold sores;
- it is a strong essential oil and must be diluted before use for aromatherapy or topically.

How to use:
Inhalations - pour 1 liter of boiling water into a bowl and add 3-4 drops of oil. Inhale the vapors while leaning over the bowl, with your head covered with a large towel.
Massage - add 4-6 drops of essential oil to approximately 10 ml of massage oil.
Bath - add before starting the bath and not before, because due to the heat they evaporate very easily. Thus, for a bath, put 4-6 drops of essential oil (or 4-6 drops of mixture) in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of base oil, then pour into the bathtub and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.
Hot compress - 2 drops for small areas, 6-8 drops for large areas.
Scented candle (lamp) - put warm water in the candle saucer, add 3-5 drops of oil and light the candle.
Eucalyptus oil and other essential oils are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream when applied to the skin. It is generally necessary to dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, cold-pressed oils, to be exact). This prevents potential skin irritation.
