- as an ingredient for flavoring toothpastes and lip balms;
- diffused into the air to create an atmosphere that favors relaxation, good mood, relaxation and sleep;
- diluted in vegetable oil, applied by massaging along the spine or on the solar plexus to calm and promote sleep;
- included in bath oils and bath salts as a perfume essence with a comforting and optimizing effect;
