Cimbrişorul originates from the Mediterranean coast, being used since the time of the ancient Mesopotamian civilization.
The origin of the Latin Thymus is supposed to come from the Greek thyo, meaning perfume. Chimbrişorul is a plant with many applications in phytotherapy.
Use and benefits:
INTERNAL USE: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of honey, 3 times a day.
It can contribute to:
