Description
Thyme essential oil, 10 ml, Zanna
Properties:
- essential oil obtained by steam distillation from the Thymus Vulgaris plant;
- this essential oil acts as an intestinal antiseptic, expectorant, carminative and vermifuge;
- contraindicated in hypertension;
- essential oils are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream when applied to the skin;
- in general, it is necessary that the essential oil be diluted together with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, more precisely cold-pressed oils);
- this prevents potential skin irritation.
Administration method:
3-6 drops in the aromatherapy bowl, in bath water or diluted in carrier oil for massage.
